Swim Lessons

Swim Lessons

Parent & Tot | Ages 1–3 A fun and gentle introduction to the water for our youngest swimmers! Children will begin developing comfort and confidence in the water while learning basic water-safety skills. A parent or caregiver joins the child in the water for the entire lesson. Parent & Tot II | Ages 2–4 Designed for little swimmers who are ready for the next step! Children will continue building their water skills, confidence, and independence in a supportive environment. Parents begin the session in the water and gradually transition out as their child becomes more comfortable swimming independently. Swim I | Ages 3–6 Young swimmers are introduced to the fundamentals of swimming and water safety. Lessons focus on developing basic aquatic skills, increasing confidence, and helping children become more comfortable and capable in the water. Swim II | Ages 4–7 Swimmers continue developing their skills through guided instruction and practice. This level focuses on improving swimming technique, strengthening stroke skills, and building greater confidence and independence in the water. Stroke Development | Ages 5+ A great next step for swimmers who have mastered the fundamentals but may not be quite ready for Swim Team. Students will work on improving freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke while being introduced to butterfly. Instruction also includes starts, flip turns, and two-hand touch turns. Swimmers should have a basic understanding of freestyle and backstroke before entering this level.
